Will I know who I’m working with?
Yes. You’ll be matched with a dedicated care team:
Licensed physician, clinical nutritionist, and mindset coach who will work with you throughout the program.
How much time do I get with the doctor?
You’ll have dedicated monthly 1:1 consults.
These are not rushed 15-minute sessions. These are 1-hour long sessions where the physician will take the time to review your labs, symptoms, and progress in full.
What labs are included?
We include comprehensive blood, urine, and saliva testing for hormones, metabolic markers, thyroid function, and inflammation.
More advanced testing is available if needed.
Is there a minimum commitment?
We highly recommend the annual program for the best outcome. If you choose the monthly plan, we require a 6-month minimum commitment. This allows us to fully assess, treat, and optimize your fertility or hormonal health.
Do I have to be trying to conceive now?
Not at all. Many of our clients start with hormone optimization before they’re ready to TTC.
Do I have to live in the U.S.?
No. All of our programs are fully virtual and available globally.
